Challenge
Our client was disappointed with the poor levels of product quality and service they were receiving from an industry standard incumbent supplier of camera safety systems. Most importantly, the system lacked the levels of durability and robustness required for the site’s specific environment of the end user, an agricultural merchant.
Solution
Stantone contacted Abbey’s technical sales team to learn more about the Safety Shield system and its application in a challenging environment. Following some demos with the end user, a decision was made to adopt and implement Abbey’s Safety Shield AI camera system on part of the forklift fleet.
Result
Stantone’s partnership with Abbey has resulted in improved efficiencies for the end users, specifically cost savings linked directly to increased system reliability. Stantone continues to develop site specific safety application in collaboration with Abbey and plans to roll out installation of Safety Sheild across its entire fleet of 80 forklifts.
