RAVAS SafeLoad is a forklift safety system that displays both load weight and stability information directly to the operator. Instead of relying solely on static load charts, SafeLoad continuously monitors lifting conditions and warns the driver when a lift approaches unsafe limits. Using this information, SafeLoad functions as an active load diagram, calculating whether the forklift is lifting within safe operating conditions at that moment.
Information is presented through a clear in-cab display. A colour-coded LED bar beneath the weight readout changes from green to yellow to red, giving operators a simple visual indicator of lifting safety. If the system detects that a load may be unsafe, it triggers both visual and audible warnings, allowing the driver to react immediately and adjust the lift.
Within the same range, RAVAS SafeCheck offers a straightforward overload alarm that sounds when a preset weight limit is exceeded. RAVAS SafeLoad complements this approach by providing additional live information about weight, load centre, and mast position, giving operators a broader view of lifting conditions as they work.
RAVAS SafeLoad also provides valuable operational insight through its built-in lifting activity logging. Every lifting action is automatically recorded with the date and time, allowing managers to review how trucks are being used.
