Pallet Transfer System

The KOOI® Pallet Transfer System is a stationary push-pull installation designed for loads placed on slip sheets rather than directly on pallets. The system utilises a horizontally moving clamp to grip the slip sheet and transfer the entire load from one pallet to another. Throughout the process, the load remains level with no rotation, and the clamp does not come into contact with the product or its packaging. This helps maintain product integrity during transfer.

  • Horizontal slip sheet transfer keeps loads stable and prevents product movement during handling.
  • No contact with products or packaging during load movement minimises the risk of damage.
  • Keeps loads level with no rotation throughout the transfer.
  • 30-second cycle time supports faster load movement.
  • Fixed installation supports controlled operation and a safer handling environment.

Equipment Description.

This system is widely used in pharmaceutical, healthcare, food production, and packaging environments where controlled material flow and compliance standards are important. By working with slip-sheeted goods, controlled movement is enabled between different pallet formats while keeping the stock stable and supported at all times.

The system eliminates the need for manual restacking or direct handling of individual goods, resulting in a more consistent and controlled process. With transfer cycles of around 30 seconds, it also supports efficient throughput in busy environments.

Since the KOOI® Pallet Transfer System operates as a fixed installation, all transfer activity takes place within a defined area. This reduces the need for operator interaction during movement, helping to create a safer and more controlled working environment where loads are not manually managed during transfer.

Abbey provides full support for the KOOI® Pallet Transfer System, including on-site visits, technical guidance, and professional installation. Our team works closely with customers to assess requirements and ensure the system is correctly specified and integrated into existing operations, with ongoing support available to maintain performance.
