The Rollertines allow forklifts to move airfreight pallets smoothly and efficiently, helping speed up cargo handling in aviation and logistics environments. Designed for use with aluminium air cargo pallets such as the widely used 463L Master Pallet, Rollertines make it easier to load, position, and transfer freight with greater control.
Air cargo operations rely on fast and reliable handling systems. The 463L pallet, also known as the HCU 6/E pallet, is a standard platform used across many military and civilian aircraft for transporting equipment and supplies. Moving these pallets safely often requires equipment that allows precise positioning without excessive force or risk of damage.
Rollertines address this by incorporating rollers directly into the tine extender. The rollers allow airfreight pallets to glide along the surface of the forks rather than being dragged or pushed. This improves handling speed while reducing strain on operators and lowering the risk of damaging sensitive cargo.
Installation is simple and practical. Rollertines fit directly onto standard forklift forks, which means most forklifts can be adapted quickly for air cargo handling.
