Durwen Paper Roll Clamp

The Durwen PRK Paper Roll Clamp is engineered for the controlled handling of paper rolls without the need for pallets. Suitable for use across paper production, printing, packaging, warehousing and distribution environments, the attachment allows operators to securely clamp rolls and move them safely between storage, production and transport areas.

The PRK range is designed to handle paper rolls in both bilge and upright positions, giving operators flexibility when loading, unloading, stacking or feeding rolls into production processes. Its strong construction provides the stability required for heavy-duty roll handling, while the slim clamp arm design helps maintain good visibility from the operator’s position.

Both versions are available with either a fixed or powered short arm, allowing the clamp to be matched to the specific roll size, handling method and working environment. Wear protection is included as standard to support long service life, while the safety valve helps protect the clamp function during daily operation.

Abbey also offers a Durwen Tissue Roll Clamp variant for applications where softer, more sensitive rolls need to be handled. These models use large rubber-faced contact plates designed to provide good grip while minimising pressure and impact on the tissue roll surface.
