RollerForks

The RollerForks make slipsheet handling quicker and simpler, allowing forklifts to move palletless loads efficiently. By handling goods directly on slipsheets, RollerForks help reduce reliance on pallets while making day to day material handling faster and more flexible.

  • Integrated rollers allow smooth lifting of slipsheeted loads for faster handling.
  • Adjustable clamping pressure to reduce the risk of carton damage.
  • Suitable for handling large, high value boxed products.
  • Improves loading efficiency in warehouse and distribution settings.
  • Heavy duty construction built for continuous operational use.

Equipment Description.

Slipsheets are often used as an alternative to traditional pallets. These thin sheets, made from paper, plastic, or fibreboard, provide a stable base for goods while taking up far less space and weight than wooden pallets. This can increase load capacity during transport and reduce the costs associated with storing, handling, and returning pallets.

RollerForks are particularly useful when loading and unloading sea containers, where goods are often placed directly on the floor using slipsheets. The integrated rollers allow the forks to glide smoothly underneath the load. Instead of gripping or pulling the goods, the operator simply drives forward and rolls the forks beneath the slipsheet in one controlled movement. This helps speed up container handling while keeping the process straightforward for the operator.
At the same time, RollerForks are not limited to container work. They can be used in warehouses, distribution centres, and production environments wherever slipsheets are used for palletless handling.

The Rollerforks are also incredibly simple to install and operate. They connect directly to the fork carriage and can often be fitted in around ten minutes. With no hydraulic connections required, forklifts can return to work quickly with minimal setup.

Another advantage is flexibility. RollerForks can still be used to lift standard pallets, so there is no need to remove the attachment when switching between palletised and slipsheeted loads. This helps keep forklifts working efficiently throughout the day.
